Notifications & messages
RideWithLocal has smart notifications and a messaging system.
We can let you know when you have new messages, bookings or confirmations via SMS or email, depending on your notifications settings. If you’re using the RideWithLocal mobile app, push notifications can be sent straight to your smartphone. You can enable or disable notifications in your account settings.
Our messaging system gives service providers and users an opportunity to discuss all the issues privately within the system. Please note, that the online chat becomes available only after a booking request has been sent.
