Once provider publishes an offer it becomes available for booking.
After a rider requests a booking, the card he provides is authorized for a charge, but this authorization is voided and released back if his request is declined or expires. A charge is made to the user’s card only when a reservation request is confirmed. More information about booking statuses can be found here.
Whether the reservation is two days or two months away, we hold the payment until 24 hours after the booking is completed before releasing it to the provider. This hold provides financial protection and comfortable use of our service for both parties.
